Terms & Phrases
An Elder-Venturer is someone who identifies as a senior but enjoys socialising, learning, participating, enjoying life & smiling!
An Eldertainer is someone or somewhere that provides entertainment designed to put a smile on the face of an Elder-Venturer.
Assessed v Assigned
Assessed is the first step, and this refers to the ACAT Assessment and the Level you are eligible to receive.
Then you wait until you are Assigned a HCP (Home Care Package) and you can start to access services.
Level 1,2,3 & 4 – Level of Package – Type of support services and funding you are eligible for.
